One quiet morning, I noticed how many useful words were already waiting outside the window.
The street was familiar, but the pace felt different. I named the small things I could see, listened for a few seconds, and let each phrase arrive without rushing.
A sentence does not need to be complicated to be worth keeping. Sometimes one clear line is enough to carry into the rest of the day.
That is the practice: notice one thing, say one thing, and leave a little room to listen.
