1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Vibe MKR (also referred to as “Vibe Maker”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Ki World mobile application (also marketed as “Ki: Self-Discovery Journal” or “Ki”), creating an account (including guest access), or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Ki World.

2. The service
Ki World is a wellness and self-reflection application. Depending on your version and subscription, it may include:
- Journey — wellness level, weekly reports, season progress, factor previews, and rewards;
- Home — symbolic island/orb experience, Ki Weather visual metaphors, and everyday rituals;
- Facets — persona branches, Ki dedications, Day Master mirror text, and AI-assisted reflection essays;
- Mood journaling, daily balance rituals, habits, streaks, and intentions;
- Blueprint / Energy — Five Elements framing, time blocks, and seasonal themes (symbolic, not a fortune-telling chart reading service);
- Circle — optional light social connection, cheers, Ki sharing, and compatibility framing with friends;
- Ki World Plus — expanded reports, rituals, AI insights, and archive features.
3. Wellness, content, and metaphor disclaimers (read carefully)
Ki World is not a medical device and does not provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic services.
You acknowledge and agree that all content in Ki World — including text, visuals, scores, rituals, reports, AI output, and social compatibility framing — is provided for personal reflection and general wellness support only, and must not be relied upon as:

3.1 Ki Weather (metaphor only)
Ki Weather is an in-app visual and narrative metaphor. It reflects symbolic elemental themes, time-of-day framing, and wellness-derived balance — not live outdoor conditions, meteorological forecasts, or your GPS location.
Do not use Ki Weather for travel, safety, agriculture, or any decision that requires actual weather information.
3.2 Facet insights, Day Master mirror, and AI text
Facet insights and related Day Master mirror content are generated from a combination of:
- your wellness activity (for example, recent mood check-ins, ritual completions, wellness level, Ki balance); and
- your birth-profile framing (including archetype / Day Master context derived from birth date and optional birth time).
This content is written for self-awareness and journaling. It is not:
- a command, prescription, or recommendation you must follow;
- a prediction of what will happen to you;
- a judgment of your worth, morality, or destiny;
- legal, medical, or financial advice.
AI-generated text may be incomplete, subjective, culturally framed, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any content.
3.3 Blueprint, elements, and compatibility
Five Elements (Ngũ Hành), time blocks, season themes, and Circle compatibility / resonance scores are symbolic wellness framing to support reflection and connection. They are not:
- scientific measurements of personality or health;
- guarantees of relationship success or failure;
- traditional fortune-telling (“hợp tuổi”) verdicts.
3.4 No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific wellness, mood, habit, social, or life outcome from using Ki World.
3.5 Emergency
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Ki World is not an emergency service.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, if higher) to use Ki World.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use Ki World if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we previously suspended or terminated your account for violation of these Terms.
5. Accounts and security
5.1 Account types
Ki World supports:
- Guest access (server-backed account bound to your device install identifier);
- Email and password registration;
- Sign in with Apple (iOS);
- Google Sign-In (where available).
You may link a guest account to Apple or Google in supported flows. Guest data may sync to our servers and migrate when you create a permanent account.
5.2 Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile reasonably up to date.
5.3 Account security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials and device. Notify us promptly at support@vibemkr.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5.4 Account deletion
You may delete your account in-app via Profile / Settings → Delete account, or request deletion at https://vibemkr.com/kiworld/account-deletion/.
Deletion is permanent and may not be recoverable. See our Privacy Policy for data retention exceptions. Cancel active subscriptions separately in App Store or Google Play settings.
6. License to use the app
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Ki World on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app except as allowed by law;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the service without permission;
- circumvent security, access controls, subscription gates, or rate limits;
- use Ki World for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive purposes;
- misrepresent AI-generated or symbolic content as professional advice or factual prediction.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Vibe MKR and its licensors.
7. User content and conduct
7.1 Your content
You may provide profile information, mood entries, ritual activity, and other content through Ki World (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Vibe MKR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and otherwise use User Content only as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide Ki World, including generating personalized reflection content and enabling Circle features you choose to use.
7.2 Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others; share others’ private information without permission; upload malware; impersonate others; or use Ki World for illegal activity.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to users or the service.
7.3 Circle and social features
If you use Circle, you are responsible for whom you connect with and what you share. Limited mood and wellness status may be visible to connected friends. Compatibility scores are symbolic — do not use them to harass, discriminate against, or pressure others.
8. Ki, dedications, and in-app progression
Ki, wellness levels, facet dedications, streaks, badges, and unlocks are in-app progression mechanics for engagement and reflection. They have no cash value, are non-transferable outside supported in-app Circle sharing features, and do not represent real-world currency or investment returns.
We may adjust Ki earn rates, dedication costs, unlock thresholds, or catalog content for balance, fairness, or product reasons.
9. Subscriptions and in-app purchases (Ki World Plus)
Ki World may offer paid subscriptions and features, including Ki World Plus.

Store product identifiers may include: nk_plus_week, nk_plus_month, nk_plus_year.
Actual price, currency, taxes, and trial availability are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase time and may vary by region.
9.2 What Plus may include
Plus may unlock, among other things: full weekly and factor reports; full season recap; expanded everyday rituals; deeper persona/facet reflections and archive; full Day Master mirror text; Plus AI insights; and related milestones — as shown in-app at purchase time. Features may change over time.
9.3 Auto-renewal disclosures (Apple App Store requirement)
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription on iOS:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the renewal price shown in App Store settings.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
9.4 Google Play subscriptions
If you purchase on Android, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Google Play policies and your Google account subscription settings, in addition to these Terms.
9.5 Restore purchases
Where supported, you may restore prior purchases using in-app “Restore purchases” functionality, subject to store account rules.
9.6 No refunds from Vibe MKR directly
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted through the applicable app store unless otherwise required by law.
10. Platform terms (Apple and Google)
10.1 Apple App Store
If you downloaded Ki World from the Apple App Store, you also agree that:
- these Terms are between you and Vibe MKR, not Apple;
- Apple is not responsible for the app or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for Ki World;
- in the event of failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any) as permitted by Apple’s policies; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to Ki World;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
For in-app purchases on iOS, you also agree to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and, where applicable, the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).
10.2 Google Play
If you downloaded Ki World from Google Play, you also agree to Google Play’s terms and policies, including applicable Google Play billing terms.
11. Intellectual property
Ki World, including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, video, Ki Weather visuals, facet frameworks, and other materials provided by Vibe MKR (excluding User Content), is owned by Vibe MKR or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
12. Third-party services
Ki World integrates third-party services (for example, Apple, Google, Firebase Analytics, cloud hosting, and AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
13. Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Ki World or any feature at any time, including AI models, facet content, Ki Weather scenes, Plus benefits, or Circle functionality.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law.
You may stop using Ki World at any time and delete your account as described above.
Upon termination, the license granted to you ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions) will survive.
15. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KI WORLD AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY THAT:
- content (including AI-generated facet insights, Day Master mirror text, guidance, factor insights, compatibility scores, or Ki Weather visuals) is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation;
- Ki Weather reflects real-world weather or location conditions;
- facet or persona content predicts future events or replaces professional advice;
- any wellness, mood, habit, social, or life outcome will occur.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- VIBE MKR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF KI WORLD — INCLUDING RELIANCE ON WELLNESS CONTENT, AI TEXT, KI WEATHER, FACET INSIGHTS, OR COMPATIBILITY SCORES.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO KI WORLD OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VIBE MKR FOR KI WORLD IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vibe MKR and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of Ki World, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights — including misuse of Circle features or misrepresentation of app content to third parties.
18. Dispute resolution and governing law
18.1 Informal resolution
Before filing a formal claim, contact support@vibemkr.com and allow at least 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
18.2 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Vibe MKR is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
18.3 Courts
Unless prohibited by applicable consumer law, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not resolved informally will be in the courts located where Vibe MKR is established, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms at the official URL above and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where consent is required by law.
20. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding Ki World.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
- Translation: If we provide a translation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

Appendix A — Apple subscription disclosure text (for App Store metadata)
Ki World Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

If there is any conflict between a short in-app line and these Terms, these Terms and the Privacy Policy control.
